The Disability Inclusion Senior Implementation Advisor will be part of the Regional Implementation Team and will support the implementation and delivery of Disability Inclusion across the Region, working directly with Area staff and schools to guide implementation throughout the rollout of the new model. About the Role The primary responsibility is to work directly with Area staff and schools to support the delivery of Disability Inclusion, providing direct advice, supporting training of schools and the broader educational workforce, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and other regional and central staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality practice across the region. In addition to working within an area, you will collaborate with other regional workforces to support the integration of Disability Inclusion across the system. This is an ongoing full‑time opportunity situated in one of the Greensborough, Coburg, Bendigo, Mildura or Swan Hill offices. Travel to meet and deliver professional learning to area and school staff is expected. Attributes Success in this role requires motivation, commitment to translating policy into practical approaches, building and maintaining authentic relationships, navigating complexity, flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication and coaching skills. Qualifications and Experience Mandatory: Tertiary qualification in education, disability, allied health or another relevant field. Desirable: Strong stakeholder management skills.
