Key Responsibilities Lead nightly pre‑start and supervise the nightly onsite work of operations and maintenance workers, sub‑contractors and apprentices. Inspect the daily work to ensure it is undertaken to documented procedures and in accordance with quality standards. Supply relevant quality assurance and operations documentation for management to support informed decision making. Monitor and control the use of materials and equipment to minimise unnecessary waste and authorise the procurement of supplies. Carry out regular site inspections to ensure all areas comply with relevant health and safety standards, taking immediate action as required to mitigate potential risks to staff. Support team members through training and feedback to encourage and develop internal capabilities. Manage the after‑hours call‑out roster to ensure 24/7 network coverage. About You 5+ years experience in a field supervisory or site operations role. Prior experience in managing field crews is essential. Freeway and road network maintenance experience preferred. Traffic management experience and relevant tickets are advantageous. Well‑developed communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
