Overview Multi‑site Branch Management role based in Warracknabeal. Responsible for Warracknabeal, Rainbow, Edenhope, and Nhill branches. Working Monday‑Friday 8:45am‑5pm. Be responsible for the overall performance of your branches through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction. Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross‑sale opportunities. Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners. Manage performance and strategic development of the branches and their relationship with the wider retail division. Lead a high‑performing team across multiple branches, balancing on‑site presence with remote leadership. Focus on building strong team culture and performance across locations, ensuring consistent leadership and customer experience. Travel will be required across multiple branches; mileage paid. Requirements Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles. Customer‑centric thinking. Community engagement experience. Ability to influence, coach, and work collaboratively with your team. A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality.
