This is a customer-facing role where connection is everything. You’ll be deeply involved in the end-to-end journey of our participants, ensuring they feel supported, motivated, and prepared for their overseas adventure. Your day-to-day will involve: Applicant Support: Guiding participants through the entire application process, providing empathetic support and expert advice. This includes visiting participants in their placement around Australia & New Zealand. Communication Hub: Handling a variety of incoming queries via telephone, email, live web chat, and text message with a focus on high-quality engagement. Documentation Management: Efficiently collating and verifying essential travel and program documentation to keep applications moving smoothly. Presentations & Outreach: Hosting dynamic information sessions and presentations both virtually and in person, including representing Letz Live at expos and industry events. Process Excellence: Following our processing guidelines to ensure every participant receives a consistent, world-class experience. On-the-Ground Welcome: Welcoming participants during in-country orientation programs (both in Australia + New Zealand and abroad) and maintaining engagement throughout their placement. Team Collaboration: Assisting with other areas of the business as needed to help our global team succeed. What You Bring First-Hand Experience: You have personally lived and worked abroad at a young age and can speak authentically about the impact it had on you. If you've been on a Letz Live programme or worked in a boarding school, that’s a real bonus! Empathy & Passion: A genuine desire to help others and an understanding of the nerves and excitement that come with international travel. Adaptability: The ability to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and stay flexible when situations change.
