Global Director of Growth – Sydney, Australia (Relocation Opportunity) We’re partnering with an internationally scaling consumer eCommerce brand to find a Global Director of Growth to lead and evolve their international growth function. This is a rare opportunity to join a business that has already scaled successfully across multiple international markets and is now entering its next major stage of growth. Key Responsibilities Own the global acquisition strategy and performance across multiple regions. Manage significant media investment across paid digital acquisition channels. Lead and evolve the international growth function. Work closely with senior leadership and drive global growth initiatives across established and expansion markets. Build and lead high‑performing growth teams; operate both strategically and tactically. Who We’re Looking For Strong D2C/eCommerce background. Experience scaling consumer brands internationally. Deep hands‑on expertise across paid acquisition. Experience managing large international acquisition budgets. Strong understanding of incrementality, attribution and measurement frameworks. Commercial understanding of CAC, MER, contribution margin and efficient scaling. Experience building and leading high‑performing growth teams. Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.
