Responsibilities Supervise and guide civil construction plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Manage resources, contribute to cost control, and maintain budget awareness. Read and interpret construction plans and apply basic surveying skills in civil construction works. Collaborate with teams to achieve the Shire’s vision and objectives. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification such as Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations or equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory position related to road works construction, with demonstrated ability to manage resources and contribute to cost control and budget awareness. Minimum of five (5) years’ plant operating, road construction, and maintenance experience. Construction Induction White Card. Current 'C' class Driver’s Licence valid in Western Australia.
