Maintain records of projects, opportunities, and communications. Support preparation of specifications, submissions, and related documentation. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects. About You Strong organisational and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous experience as a Contract Administrator (CA), Estimator, or Specification Coordinator is highly regarded.
