Working within an integrated multidisciplinary MHAOD team, you will deliver assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination and short term evidence-based treatment while supporting recovery-focused care pathways. This role provides clinical leadership, professional guidance and support to the healthcare team while contributing to quality improvement, education, clinical governance and safe, culturally responsive service delivery across North West Queensland. Responsibilities Deliver culturally safe and responsive care to First Nations peoples and culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Contribute to continuous improvement, clinical governance, education and quality service delivery initiatives. Working with us For 1 year you will receive an isolation bonus of AUD$3,695. If you stay for 2 years you will receive AUD$11,085… and for your 3rd year (and every year after) you will receive AUD$7,390 (pro rata for part‑time employees). In your downtime, we will provide 2 return airfares per annum (full-time employees) (including spouse/dependents) or 1 return airfare per annum (part-time employees) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with your recreation leave; of which we offer 5 weeks per annum with a leave loading/bonus. Benefits 12.75% employer superannuation contribution. Long Service Leave and Sick Leave accrual. Tax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available. Plus 2 weeks per annum, travel as required and enrolment and conference costs for approved courses and conferences.
