What you’ll be doing Lead consolidation preparation and support the ERP upgrade. Own accurate accounting records, month‑end close, and compliance with the Group Accounting Manual. Manage key month‑end processes including stock analysis, revenue recognition, FIFO, and cost capitalisation Deliver financial insights to support sales, operations, and strategic decisions. Prepare month‑end packs and reports for Group stakeholders. Support pricing evaluations, sourcing decisions, and commercial initiatives. Monitor and report on sales, margins, order intake, and order book performance. Oversee AR, AP, debt collection, creditor payments, and working capital. Manage cash flow and banking activities. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Ensure compliance with fiscal lodgement requirements, including FBT. Maintain strong internal controls across the business. Assist with budgeting and forecasting alongside the Financial Controller. What you will bring 5+ years’ experience in accounts or a similar finance role, desirable in manufacturing industry Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or commerce CPA or CA qualified Strong understanding of accounting standards for a public company Microsoft Navision or INFOR LN experience, desirable Highly commercial, analytical, and capable of making data driven decisions Demonstrated ability to identify trends and opportunities quickly and effectively Sound judgement skills with the ability to interpret evaluate and disseminate information Ability to influence, develop and coach team members to ensure the delivery of a positive and engaged customer experience Excellent relationship building skills About Us Kingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited is a market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater treatment solutions.
