We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources operations in Australia. This role will act as a key business partner to the local leadership team while aligning closely with regional and global HR strategies. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR management including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution , supporting the rapid growth of the business while building a high-performance culture. Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Business Partnership As a strategic HR partner to the local leadership team and support business growth in the Australian market. Provide strategic advice on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development. Drive HR initiatives that support business expansion, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. Talent Acquisition & Planning Lead recruitment strategy and hiring execution across business functions. Build strong talent pipelines to support business expansion. Partner with leadership to develop workforce plans aligned with business objectives. Performance & Organizational Development Implement and manage performance management frameworks. Support leadership in building high-performance teams and strong leadership capability. Drive employee development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Employee Relations & Culture Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and compliance with Australian labour regulations. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee day-to-day HR operations including contracts, onboarding, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management. Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and workplace regulations. Work closely with regional HR and headquarters on HR policies, reporting, and governance. Support compensation benchmarking and ensure competitive remuneration aligned with market standards. Manage local benefits programs and HR policies. Requirements: l Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. l 10+ years of HR experience, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, or multinational environment. l Strong knowledge of Australian labor laws and employment practices. l Proven ability to act as a strategic HR business partner while remaining hands-on in execution. l Experience in building HR frameworks in a growing organization is highly preferred. l Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. l Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international business environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
