With a small caseload (max 10, often 5) , you’ll have the time and space to deliver meaningful, trauma-informed care. What You’ll Do Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed case management Support relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs Build strong connections with clients and their families Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case notes What You’ll Bring Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification Experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings Strong communication and cultural awareness skills Female-identifying candidates highly encouraged to apply Driver’s licence, Ochre Card, and Police Check Why Work With Us?
