Key Responsibilities Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development Assisting with inventory control Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance Supporting the Store Manager Leading and supporting your team Qualifications An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors) The ability to engage with, and motivate team members Client-driven with strong time management abilities & attention to detail OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
