Based at our Levi's Southwharf store, you will be reporting to the Store Manager. Our Ideal Candidate Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy High school Diploma Creative individual with a flair for fashion Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement Confident in assisting with leading, training and developing the team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance Responsibilities Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories Assist with tracking store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily Support the Store Manager in training and development of new and existing team members.
