We are seeking a Engagement Manager to join a boutique strategy consultancy in Sydney, supporting complex engagements across corporate strategy, growth, commercial advisory and operational improvement. This is a senior delivery role for someone who can lead client engagements independently, manage senior stakeholders and produce high quality strategic and commercial outcomes across a diverse client base including corporates, investors, private equity portfolio companies and government. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of strategy and advisory engagements across corporate and business unit strategy, growth strategy, market entry, and operational improvement Structure complex problems and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations for senior client stakeholders Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary point of contact on engagements Drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decisions, investment cases and commercial planning Oversee workstreams and manage junior team members to maintain delivery standards Contribute to proposal development and business development activities Required Experience Background in strategy consulting at a top-tier or leading boutique firm Proven track record leading client engagements and managing senior stakeholders independently Strong commercial and analytical capability across corporate strategy, growth or performance improvement Exposure to investment decisions, transaction advisory, market entry or commercial due diligence is valued Experience working across corporate, investor and government client environments Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and develop junior consultants Rigorous problem solving standards and high performance consulting background Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Commerce or a similar analytical discipline #J-18808-Ljbffr
