Applications close Tuesday 2 June 2026. As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday). Securing operational performance and development of dedicated area of the business. Responsible for execution of central solution and ways of working as well as development and constant improvement of local ways of working and internal service agreements. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, sharing insights with both customers and team members. Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across both channels, consistently meeting customer expectations. Lead and motivate team members to maintain an organised, well-stocked environment, ensuring the IKEA product range is presented in an inspiring and engaging way. Consistently analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline processes and drive business results.
