Digital Marketing Manager ANZ – Sydney Overview Reporting to the Head of Channel Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager - ANZ supports the NEXTGEN Channel and Corporate Marketing team by planning, building, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing activity across Australia and New Zealand. The role works closely with Channel Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Vendor Business Managers, Sales, oSpace, Operations, external agencies, and selected vendor and partner contacts to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with clear visibility of performance. The role also acts as the regional HubSpot digital marketing lead and escalation point, supporting campaign automation, data quality, reporting, process improvement, and adoption of HubSpot best practices across the ANZ marketing team. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering parental leave. Key Accountabilities Plan, build, execute, and optimize ANZ‑focused digital marketing campaigns that support NEXTGEN channel, corporate, vendor, partner, and business unit objectives. Work closely with the Head of Channel Marketing and Head of Corporate Marketing to support integrated marketing plans and translate campaign objectives into effective digital journeys, assets, and reporting. Develop and manage digital campaign assets, including EDMs, landing pages, forms, nurture sequences, event communications, LinkedIn campaign assets, social posts, digital advertising copy, and reporting dashboards. Own day‑to‑day campaign build and execution in NEXTGEN marketing automation platforms, ensuring workflows, segmentation, lists, forms, tracking links, approvals, and reporting are accurate and fit for purpose. Provide HubSpot and associated marketing technology support to regional marketing users, including troubleshooting, campaign setup guidance, automation support, and escalation of complex issues where required. Support vendor‑funded and partner‑facing campaigns, ensuring digital activity is executed within agreed timeframes and supports engagement, MQL, SQL, opportunity, and pipeline outcomes. Support Corporate Marketing activity, including brand campaigns, thought leadership, events, PR amplification, internal communications, and broader NEXTGEN digital presence across ANZ. Use data and analytics to interrogate campaign performance, identify insights, optimize activity, and provide recommendations that improve engagement, conversion, and marketing‑influenced pipeline. Maintain reporting visibility for internal and external stakeholders using relevant marketing automation, CRM, and project management platforms. Support marketing data quality and hygiene, including list uploads, segmentation, suppression management, consent requirements, campaign attribution, integrations, and data quality checks. Assist with event marketing execution across ANZ, including invitation journeys, reminder emails, registration pages, attendee communications, post‑event follow‑up, and performance reporting. Collaborate with external agencies, designers, copywriters, and suppliers to brief, coordinate, and deliver approved campaign components, including design assets created in systems such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Contribute to the testing, rollout, and adoption of new HubSpot features, tools, templates, standards, processes, and playbooks, in collaboration with the HubSpot Marketing Lead and regional HubSpot Super Users. Identify opportunities to improve NEXTGEN automation, digital channels, templates, reporting processes, and campaign workflows. Work closely and collaboratively with the NEXTGEN Marketing team across ANZ and support ad hoc digital marketing, content, reporting, and campaign execution requirements as needed. From time to time assume additional responsibilities beyond those specified above. Qualifications and Experience Commercially minded, data‑driven digital marketer with 3+ years of experience across B2B digital marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, distribution, or the IT channel ecosystem. Highly organized, curious, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, campaigns, and deadlines without losing sight of detail. Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, reporting, and digital channels, and confident working with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. Strong stakeholder relationships, high say/do ratio, and ability to collaborate with channel marketing, corporate marketing, vendor, sales, operations, agencies, and business unit teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
