The Opportunity This senior position offers the chance to lead the design and delivery of a diverse range of civil and structural projects - spanning land development, infrastructure, and multi‑storey building structures. You’ll provide technical leadership, guide project teams, and ensure outcomes align with program, budget, and quality expectations. You’ll have the autonomy to manage major projects, mentor developing engineers, and build strong relationships with clients. Based in the Gold Coast office, you’ll play a key role in shaping the local team and contributing to the broader growth strategy of the business. About You You’re a strategic, solutions‑focused professional who thrives on leading teams, driving quality, and delivering practical outcomes in the built environment. You’re confident engaging with clients, guiding project direction, and contributing to business development when required.
