About this opportunity We are looking for an experienced and passionate retail leader to serve as Boutique Manager at our Castle Towers store, reporting to Regional Manager Kayla Sarcasmo. Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalised service and product knowledge. Lead by example in customer care, sales techniques, visual merchandise standards and staff presentation to maximise sales potential. Achieve sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately. Manage day‑to‑day boutique operations – health & safety, facilities, policies & procedures and back‑office operations. Increase the VIP customer base and nurture relationships with all VIP customers, informing them of new products, sales and events. Communicate effectively with the management team, providing updates and feedback. Manage financial aspects including budgets, KPIs, banking and expense monitoring. Administer daily reports, manage stock control and complete administrative tasks promptly. Stay informed of market trends and understand forthcoming customer initiatives. Develop and mentor boutique team members; ensure adherence to company policies and standards. Recruit, train high‑calibre staff, conduct performance appraisals and establish succession plans. Plan and execute in‑store activations and attend training sessions as required. What do we offer?
