We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our awesome team in Sydney and support one of our key clients. You will work on fast‑paced, high‑volume accounts and manage a variety of projects ranging in scale and deliverables while leading smaller campaigns from brief to delivery. The position values initiative, ownership and strong client relationships. Core responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day client communications and relationships. Run small to mid‑sized projects from concept to delivery, including briefing, timelines and approvals, keeping your team and client on track. Ensure timely delivery and quality control across campaign assets. Collaborate with producers and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables. Provide strategic input and push back when needed to ensure the best outcomes for the client and agency. Partner with the wider team in researching, preparing, presenting and implementing high‑quality business proposals for the client. A bit about you Proven experience in a client‑facing account management role, ideally within a creative or integrated agency. Experience working on a large, high‑profile client account is highly desirable. Exceptional organisational, planning and decision‑making skills. Ability to manage fast‑paced, multiple projects simultaneously. Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
