This is a rare opportunity to join a highly collaborative and high-performing team managing a technically complex Casualty claims portfolio within a supportive and development-focused environment. Reporting into an experienced leader, you will manage a diverse portfolio of Casualty claims while working closely with internal stakeholders, brokers and external service providers across technically complex matters. The Opportunity This role will suit a strong technical claims professional who enjoys working within a collaborative environment and contributing technical expertise within the wider team. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of technically complex Casualty claims from end-to-end Reviewing policy coverage, assessing liability and determining claim strategy Conducting investigations and gathering supporting documentation Liaising with brokers, insureds, legal representatives and external stakeholders Managing reserves, negotiations and settlement outcomesMaintaining accurate claims documentation and diary management Working collaboratively across internal teams and stakeholders Providing exceptional customer and broker service Supporting and sharing technical knowledge across the wider team About You To be successful, you will ideally bring: Previous specialist Casualty, Liability or long-tail claims experience Strong technical and analytical capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail A collaborative and team-focused approach Confidence supporting and sharing technical expertise within a wider team Desire to continue developing within a specialist claims environment Why Apply?
