We are seeking a high-calibre, growth-oriented Sales Director to drive revenue across the Australian corporate and public sectors. This is a sophisticated "New Business" role that requires a proactive executive to navigate complex sales cycles and articulate a multi-faceted value proposition to the most recognised organisations in the region. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and secure new revenue streams within in-house legal, counsel, and compliance functions. Serve as a consultative partner to General Counsel and Legal Operations leaders, identifying pain points and matching them with best in class service offerings. Manage a robust, multi stage sales pipeline with precision, from initial identification through to contract execution. Partner with global subject matter experts and internal legal resourcing teams to maximise multi service revenue opportunities. Professional Requirements Deep knowledge of the eDiscovery, legal advisory, or compliance industries is essential. A proven history of selling directly to in-house legal departments (counsel, legal ops, or compliance). A demonstrable and active professional network within blue-chip companies or the public sector. Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to articulate complex subject matter to non-technical audiences with poise and relevance.
