About the role We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the team on a permanent, full‑time basis. As an Elders Branch Manager, you will manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Responsibilities Inspire and motivate your team to maximise their potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations and strengthen their businesses. Cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence. Drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders products. Prioritise the safety of staff and clients, contributing to Elders’ zero‑harm culture. Coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities. About you Proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services. Strong knowledge of livestock and agency operations. Comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment. Resourceful, forward‑thinking and passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community. Recognise that people are your most important asset. Provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients. Sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen (tertiary qualification not essential).
