The Role We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our Funds & Financial Services team, recognised as a Band 1 ranked firm in the Chambers and Partners Fintech Legal Guide 2025. You’ll be advising an impressive client base of fund managers, fintechs, payment service providers, and financial institutions on complex regulatory and transactional matters. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping strategic advice, driving client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business growth. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of matters while being supported by senior leaders who value collaboration, curiosity, and commercial thinking. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in private practice or in‑house, specialising in financial services, funds management, fintech, or regulatory matters. Strong technical and commercial skills, and confidence in advising clients on complex regulatory issues. Ability to lead client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. Enjoys collaborating across teams and contributing to the firm’s growth and profile in the market. Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in innovation and emerging technologies. Benefits We invest in experiences that make work genuinely more rewarding. Every year, our people have the chance to join the HPX Group Adventure Club – an all‑expenses‑subsidised trip to Australia and New Zealand for a few days of adventure and connection. We also run the da Vinci Development Program, which gives everyone the opportunity to explore something new – from pottery to pilates – with a subsidy to cover the cost and an extra week of annual leave. Because we know when our people are energised, curious and connected, that’s when we do our best work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
