Job Description Food and Beverage Supervisor (DIDO) – permanently full‑time, 14:7 roster – in the Bowen Basin, QLD. You supervise a team of General Assistants in the dining room and crib area to drive continuous improvement in food service. Responsibilities Lead the dining room and crib area operations, ensuring quality service, staffing, training, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong leadership experience in large catering environments (hotels, functions, remote accommodation) Experience working in high volume, fast‑paced work environments Passion for training and developing staff, with exceptional communication skills Basic computer and administrative skills, detail‑oriented and punctual Licensed driver, confident to drive on site Benefits & Conditions Permanent full‑time role on a 14:7 DIDO roster – driving to site locally or catching our staff bus from Mackay, QLD.
