The Opportunity As we continue to grow across the country, we’re looking for an Area Manager to lead our WA Metro stores. You’ll oversee 4–7 stores across your designated area in a hands‑on role that calls for strong people leadership, a genuine customer service ethos, and sharp attention to detail. Hours are primarily Monday to Friday, with weekend on‑call shared on a rotating roster with other managers. You’ll be set up with a company car, laptop, phone, and uniform - and backed by an honest, hardworking team that genuinely supports its people. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of enthusiastic casual kiosk attendants, providing guidance, support & coaching to maximise their potential. Schedule monthly rosters across kiosk using Deputy rostering platform whilst balancing employee needs, customer demand & sales goals. Ensure kiosks comply with Health and Safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards. Ensure kiosks meet visual merchandising standards and reflect The Jerky Co brand image. Establish and maintain a customer‑centric culture, ensuring exceptional service and enhancing customer loyalty. Maintain effective communication with management and other retail locations to align with company goals and standards. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management, food service management, or a similar leadership role. Sound knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and financial reporting. Skills & Capabilities Strong team leadership and people management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Solid organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Personal Attributes Professional approach and high personal standards.
