Surveyors experienced in field setout, machine control, data collection and reporting to work on remote road construction, civil & bulk earthworks. Responsibilities Interpret plans and mark out projects; Convert designs for use on survey rover and machine control; Work with machine control to optimise the precision and time frame that works are completed within; Perform periodic surveys to check levels for conformance reporting and project tracking; Undertake asbuilt surveys for project sign off and quantity verification; Provide timely and accurate surveys for end of month reporting; Produce clear and concise technical reports; Collect, interpret and analyse survey information as required; and Project administration (as required). Qualifications A relevant Surveying qualification – Cert IV or higher (required); Experience working in a similar position within the Civil or Mining industry (desirable); Proficiency using a range of relevant programs and software such as AutoCad 3D Civil and Surpac (desirable); Experience with GPS, Trimble Total Station and Trimble machine guidance (desirable); The ability to work in remote locations in a FIFO/DIDO capacity; and Current driver's licence.
