Role Test Manager Location Melbourne Contract Duration 6 Months with high possible extensions Experience 7+ Years Required Skills & Experience Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and tools, including automation frameworks. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate testing efforts, allocating tasks to analysts. Execution & Monitoring: Oversee test execution, ensuring testing aligns with project requirements and timelines. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, conducting root cause analysis for issues. Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to managers and clients. Experience: Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior Test Analyst, often 3+ years. Technical Skills: Understanding of manual/automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Azure Test Plans, ServiceNow ATF). Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
