Job Overview We are hiring an Assistant Development Manager based in Victoria, reporting to the Senior Development Manager VIC. This role supports the Development team in delivering current and future land lease community projects, ensuring planning, delivery and close‑out are executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of development projects from early planning through to completion, including reports, feasibilities, contracts, invoices, meetings and research. Track project costs, budgets and schedules to keep projects on time and on budget. Support Sales and Marketing teams with sales releases, marketing material and site information. Manage project, site and community data, systems and documents, and help set up clear processes (e.g. defect management). Work closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors to deliver high quality projects and maintain strong relationships. About You A background in property, construction, planning or a related degree, with practical project experience or strong exposure through study or work. Experience supporting or running smaller projects or project stages across different phases of the development lifecycle. Comfortable working with budgets, feasibility information, reports and project data. A clear communicator who can work with different people, handle issues professionally and run (or support) meetings. Well organised, detail‑focused and adaptable, with a genuine interest in learning and growing in the development space.
