About the Role This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role in driving the success of our Karratha branch. Reporting directly to the Karratha Branch Manager , the Branch Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that both customer service and operational objectives are consistently achieved. You will be responsible for supervising front and back‑of‑house operations, motivating the team, and maintaining service excellence. This role requires a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented leader with a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the optimal fleet mix within the branch to meet customer and business demands. Drive rental utilisation, sales performance, and service delivery to achieve branch targets. Proactively resolve day‑to‑day staffing and rostering issues. Complete branch reporting, reconciliation, and compliance requirements as needed. Foster and supervise a positive, productive working environment that promotes collaboration and team engagement. About You The ideal candidate will have: A confident, positive, and proactive leadership style with the ability to take ownership of branch operations at a supervisory level. Previous experience in car and/or truck rental (preferred but not essential). A desire to work in a hands‑on operational role, actively supporting both customers and team members. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and guide staff in both sales and service delivery. A proven ability to exceed customer expectations, delivering a high‑quality rental experience. A competitive mindset, with a passion for teamwork and achieving results beyond sales targets.
