About the Opportunity A permanent full‑time Food & Beverage Supervisor opportunity is available within the Bistro at RACV City Club. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management team, this role is responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and smooth operation of the Bistro, overseeing a team of Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure a consistently high standard of service for members and guests. You will be a visible leader on the floor and a key point of contact for members and guests, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a welcoming and professional dining experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong organisation, time management, relationship‑building and people development skills. As a leader, you will help set service standards by demonstrating a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service . This could be just the right role for you?
