The TechnicalLead is responsible for driving technical and procurement workstreams across all stages of renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on the development phase until Financial Close. This role oversees project engineers and other technical and procurement resources to ensure the successful execution of projects from initial conception through to financial close, construction, and operational handover. The incumbent will provide expert guidance in design, construction, and operation, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including finance, legal, procurement, and construction, to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role; the Technical Lead is expected to be a direct technical contributor as well as driving and coordinating other technical workstreams towards project milestones. The Tech Lead also plays a critical role in contract management, technical due diligence, and riskmitigation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety, and environmental requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
