We’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take the lead at Club Hotel Gladstone, a well‑established regional venue requiring a confident, hands‑on leader who can operate independently and make a real impact. This role suits a VM who’s ready for ownership, autonomy, and a sea‑change lifestyle – with strong backing from a national hospitality group. As Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end performance of the venue, leading a large team, driving service standards, and managing commercial outcomes. Due to the regional location, we are seeking someone who can commit to a minimum 12‑month placement and is comfortable working autonomously while staying connected to central support teams.
