We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Director to join our Melbourne team. This is a senior client leadership role focused on growing strategic partnerships, driving revenue opportunities and delivering exceptional retail and brand activation work from concept through to installation. You’ll be the trusted commercial lead across key accounts, building long term relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring every project is delivered to the premium standard Dashing is known for. This role suits someone who thrives in fast paced environments, loves the challenge of balancing strategy with execution, and knows how to drive both client satisfaction and commercial outcomes. What you’ll be doing Leading and growing strategic client relationships across retail, brand and marketing stakeholders. Driving revenue growth through upselling, cross selling and identifying new commercial opportunities within existing accounts. Owning key client partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor across campaign strategy, execution and delivery. Leading weekly WIPs, project planning, reporting and stakeholder communication. Overseeing end to end project delivery across print, POS, retail activations and branded environments. Managing project profitability, budgets, timelines and margin performance. Collaborating closely with Creative, Production, Project Management and Install teams to ensure exceptional delivery. Leading and mentoring Account Managers and wider account teams. Maintaining a proactive, solutions focused approach across all client interactions. Staying close to retail, production and activation trends to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions. Supporting onsite installations and major project milestones when required. What we’re looking for 7+ years experience in account management, activations, retail, print or project delivery environments. Proven experience growing client accounts and managing commercial relationships. Strong understanding of print, fabrication, POS and physical brand environments. Experience delivering premium retail and activation campaigns from brief through to execution. Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing budgets, profitability and sales performance. Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills. Highly organised, solutions focused and calm under pressure.
