Branch Manager - Fire/Suppression Industry We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Kalgoorlie branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection and vehicle suppression services, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for fire safety and compliance. e Fire and Safety is one of Western Australia's leading family-owned fire protection companies. We provide specialist fire protection applications, products, services and installation across the building & construction, mining and marine sectors. Desirable qualities we are looking for in this role include: Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Lead and manage a team of technicians, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and standards Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the region A strong mechanical aptitude Fire Suppression experience in servicing and installations Applied knowledge of the latest Australian Standards AS5062 and AS1851 Strong focus on quality and client satisfaction Good personal presentation Be an all-rounder and have a flexible “can-do” attitude Be willing to travel regionally, with overnight stays when needed Mandatory requirements: A current manual driver’s license (C class) Eligibility to work in Australia National Police Clearance Previous experience in a similar management position Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines What's on Offer: Permanent full-time contract Salary starting from $150k plus super Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm Fully maintained work vehicle and mobile phone provided House (conditions apply) We welcome and encourage women, people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent and people from diverse backgrounds to apply.
