The Role Build and grow relationships with key hospital stakeholders Drive product awareness, education and clinical adoption Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation Leverage existing accounts to uncover new business opportunities Execute product launch initiatives across the territory Deliver exceptional customer support & account management Participate in ongoing product & clinical education Skills and Demonstrated Experience Local hospital sales experience within Medtech or healthcare Proven success selling into Emergency Departments essential Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Demonstrated business development and territory growth success Commercially minded with strong analytical capability Confident presenting and communicating clinical data Ability to identify customer pain points and deliver solutions Curious, proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo Nursing, Science, Medical or related clinical background advantageous Interest & availability to travel across Australia NB: Australian working rights required.
