The Role You'll be delivering implementation and optimisation services specialising in Zero Trust network security solutions, with a particular focus on Zscaler's platform including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX). This is a client-facing role where you'll interact directly with clients both remotely and on-site, ensuring their Zscaler environments are seamlessly integrated and effectively utilised. You'll work closely with our experienced and supportive engineering team as well as our presales colleagues who scope the engagements. While we offer very flexible working arrrangements you need to be based in Sydney for this one. What You'll Do You'll deploy, configure, and optimise Zscaler solutions for clients, with a particular focus on ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX, ensuring their Zero Trust architecture is built to meet real-world security demands. Working directly with clients both remotely and on-site, you'll ensure their Zscaler platforms are seamlessly integrated and effectively utilised within their unique business environments. You'll be responsible for onboarding clients onto their Zscaler solutions, configuring platforms to meet their specific security requirements, and training their teams to use these tools effectively. Collaborating closely with our experienced engineering team and presales colleagues, you'll translate scoped engagements into practical, working solutions that deliver meaningful security outcomes. Using a consultative approach, you'll serve as a trusted adviser to clients, guiding them through complex technical implementations and integrating Zscaler with their existing third-party systems and broader security ecosystem. You'll proactively identify client needs, solve problems as they arise, and provide clear explanations to both technical teams and business stakeholders. What You'll Need Hands‑on experience deploying, configuring, and optimising Zscaler solutions, particularly ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX, is essential for this role. Practical knowledge of integrating Zscaler with third‑party systems and experience training clients to use these solutions effectively will set you up for success. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs are a must. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, as you'll be working directly with clients to guide them through technical implementations, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences. A consultative mindset and a 'get things done' attitude will help you thrive in this role. Zscaler certifications such as ZCCA‑IA, ZCCA‑PA, or ZDTA are preferred but not essential. Familiarity with complementary cybersecurity technologies such as Okta, CrowdStrike, Netskope, Splunk, or Mimecast would be a great addition, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with advancements in the field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
