The Role: Agency Lead – Marketing, Campaigns & Studio You will play the central role in defining, launching, and scaling the agency, overseeing three interconnected pillars: (1) Campaigns, (2) Creative Content Production, and (3) Podcast/Video Studio Operations. Establish the agency’s marketing, creative, and content operations from day one. Develop best-in‑class delivery frameworks, production workflows, and campaign strategies. Lead a multidisciplinary team across creative, content, paid media, video, and digital. Uphold high standards of performance, quality, and customer experience. Act as the strategic lead for key clients, providing clarity, value, and measurable growth. Guide brands on marketing strategy, content planning, and multi‑channel execution. Build trusted long‑term client relationships and help secure new opportunities. 3. Campaign Execution Oversee end‑to‑end planning and delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns. Leverage AI and automation tools to scale workflow efficiency and campaign quality. Use analytics and performance insights to refine strategy and maximise ROI. 4. Launch & Management of the Podcast + Video Studio You will lead the creation and operation of our in‑house production studio, including: Developing the studio’s content strategy, programming calendar, and production formats. Overseeing podcast episodes, video series, interviews, founder content, and client production. Managing production schedules, studio staff, equipment, and post‑production processes. Ensuring all studio output maintains a consistent, high‑quality brand identity. Collaborating closely with founders to produce thought leadership content, shows, and social video assets at scale. 5. Operational Excellence & Agency Build‑Out Help define the agency’s internal systems, reporting processes, and quality frameworks. Support recruitment, training, and capability building as the agency grows. Shape the long‑term vision for a high‑performance, tech‑enabled creative organisation. Ideal Candidate Profile You are a seasoned marketing professional with the capability to lead a creative organisation and the ambition to grow with it. You will excel in this role if you are: Experienced : At least 5 years in marketing agencies with strong campaign and client management experience. Strategic : Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, digital mechanics, and content strategy. Creative & Content‑Oriented : Comfortable overseeing video, podcasting, and multimedia production workflows.
