Vetcall Q Store (Mermaid Waters) is situated in our local shopping village amongst the pristine waterways, with sister clinic Vetcall Burleigh located 10 minutes away in Burleigh Waters. Our team is supportive, passionate, and genuinely enjoys what they do. About the Role As a multi-site Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the overall success of both clinics. You will oversee operations, people, and performance, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas of the business. Key responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating all aspects of client care, nursing, and veterinary services Driving customer experience, client engagement, social media and loyalty initiatives Managing clinic performance including budgets, payroll, stock control, and P&L Overseeing compliance, workplace health and safety, facilities, and presentation standards Championing continuous improvement initiatives and key projects Partnering closely with Lead Vets, Head Nurses, and Regional leadership Fostering a positive team culture focused on wellbeing, communication, and development Building strong relationships with clients, community partners, and suppliers About You You are a confident and capable leader who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
