The NEC Project Practice sets the standards, governance, and frameworks that enable consistent, predictable delivery across internal and customer projects. As Project Practice Manager (Project Practice Lead) reporting into Performance & Enablement, you will lead and evolve this capability, driving delivery excellence across NEC ANZ. You’ll embed best‑practice project frameworks, strengthen governance, and uplift organisational capability, ensuring projects deliver in line with strategic, financial, and customer outcomes. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing delivery assurance, performance insight, and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve NEC ANZ’s project management frameworks, standards, and tools Embed strong governance, assurance, and reporting across all project delivery Provide oversight and support for complex or high‑risk projects, including issue escalation and recovery Uplift organisational capability through coaching, frameworks, and a strong community of practice Partner with senior leaders to align delivery with strategic and investment priorities Deliver actionable insights on portfolio performance, risks, and improvement opportunities About you Senior experience in project delivery, PMO leadership, or project practice roles Proven track record improving delivery capability and outcomes at scale Strong expertise in governance, assurance, and portfolio management Confident working with executive stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments Skilled in both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and influencing capability Why Join NEC ANZ?
