Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager for a federal client to oversee the delivery and operational support of services and solutions within a large and governed organisation environment. The role involves managing service delivery, stakeholder engagement, operational performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring services align with organisational objectives and user expectations. The role is open to candidates based in QLD, WA, ACT, and VIC. Key responsibilities Managing stakeholder communication and acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams Planning and managing new or updated services, service catalogues, and service agreements Monitoring service performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement activities Managing integration of internal and external service providers Ensuring services, processes, and solutions comply with organisational security and technology standards Managing planned/unplanned changes and minimising business disruption Supporting incident management, operational response activities, and business continuity planning The ideal candidate will have strong experience in service delivery management, stakeholder management, operational governance, change management, and service improvement within complex enterprise environments Due to the nature of the role, only candidates holding an active NV2 Security Clearance can be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
