This is a brand new role. Based in Perth with fortnightly travel to our Kalgoorlie branch, you’ll be the trusted partner for customers across the Goldfields region, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. What You’ll Do Be the go-to contact for customers in mining, construction and resources across the Goldfields Manage and grow an existing portfolio while hunting for new business opportunities Identify decision-makers and influencers to uncover new equipment hire opportunities Promote and increase awareness of Coates’ full range of equipment hire solutions Develop and execute tailored customer strategies, working with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and consistent growth Travel to Kalgoorlie fortnightly to meet customers and maintain a strong on-the-ground presence What You’ll Get In Return Competitive base salary + superannuation Quarterly bonus incentives to reward your success Company vehicle, fully maintained and available for private use All flights and accommodation covered for fortnightly Kalgoorlie trips Hybrid working in Perth when not travelling.
