This role focuses on delivering a luxurious, personalized customer experience and driving sales. Responsibilities Proactively communicate with clients to ensure a unique, tailored customer experience. Deliver an uncompromising luxurious experience while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Contribute to increasing performance and elevating client development and selling ceremony. Drive sales and ensure sales targets are exceeded. Qualifications Blue Box enthusiast with a passion for customer service and sales. 2‑3 years of experience in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting targets and KPIs. Ability to build meaningful client relationships with a diverse population. Innovative and able to think outside the box. Flexible to work non‑traditional trading hours, including weekdays and weekends, late‑night trade, and all holidays.
