About the role As Store Manager, you’ll lead day‑to‑day operations, build a high‑performing team, and create a stand‑out store culture. Team & Culture: Build a skilled, passionate team by recruiting for values, coaching performance, developing capability and driving service excellence. Leadership: Lead through the Autobarn values, inspiring an inclusive, high‑performing team while driving sales growth, operational excellence and customer experience. Health & Safety: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management. Store Standards: Maintain visual merchandising, promotional accuracy, and presentation standards. Financial & Admin: Manage budgets, rostering, inventory, and performance metrics to optimise results and minimise loss. Who are we looking for?
