About The Role As a Site Manager / Foreman, you will: Lead and oversee residential renovation and insurance repair projects from start to finish. Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly. Manage site safety, quality and compliance standards. Work closely with clients, insurers and stakeholders throughout project delivery. Resolve issues proactively and maintain project timelines and standards. Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard. About You Ideally you have a carpentry qualification and experience in residential builds (single dwelling homes). Strong leadership and organisational skills. Hands‑on construction knowledge with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple moving parts across projects. Strong communication and customer service skills. Understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE and QA requirements. White Card and valid Australian Driver's Licence. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans. Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Existing trade network and project coordination experience highly regarded.
