About the role As Director, Centre of Excellence, you will lead the development of a culture where research, evaluation, and learning are core to how QATSICPP and the sector design and deliver services. Key responsibilities Drive theCoEstrategy, shaping a culturally grounded approach to research and evaluation Lead action research and builda strong evidencebase to inform policy,practiceand decision-making Oversee development of publications, policy papers, and sector resources Build partnerships across community-controlledorganisations,governmentand researchinstitutions Lead and develop a high-performing team About you You are an experienced andvalues-driven leaderwithexpertisein research, evaluation, and sector reform.
