First or Nothing is one of Australia's fastest growing health and wellness brands, and we're about to get a lot busier. Our HQ is in Sydney, with warehousing in Alexandria and a manufacturing facility in Vic. Over a dozen full time staff, selling across 5 markets globally. Our products are in more than 200,000 Australian homes and on shelves in Woolworths, IGA, Amazon and 250+ retail stores. We're expanding into the US in Q2 2026. We're growing fast, vertically and horizontally, and we need someone who can operate across the whole business. One day you're beside the founder shaping strategy. The next you're in the ad department, flying to Victoria to meet doctors, or resolving a supplier issue. Priorities and scope shift week to week. That's how the founder operates, so adaptability, initiative and comfort with ambiguity are essential. This role is Chief of Staff to the founder, directly. No layers. No committee. You absorb context across every part of the business, then you deploy wherever the biggest problem or opportunity is. You strategise with the founder, then you execute. This is not a coordination role. It's an operator role. Your job is to find the highest-leverage problem or opportunity in the business and drive it to completion. FON isn't standing still. Beyond the US launch this year, the founder is leading adjacent venture work, and this role sits inside all of it. What you'll actually do Step into any department when you're needed. Ads, operations, NPD, retail, strategic partnerships. Own the projects handed to you, without daily check ins. Be proactive. If you see something broken, flag it and fix it. Don't wait for others to notice. Represent the founder in rooms they can't be in. Suppliers, partners, retail buyers. Help the founder prepare board updates, and the strategic comms around them. Stand in for the founder on department-level calls. Carry their authority, use your own judgment. Travel when the job calls for it. Who you are You've worked across multiple functions. You're a generalist, not a specialist hiding behind one skill. You learn fast. You don't need the same brief twice. You're comfortable with ambiguity. Your Monday looks nothing like your Friday, and that excites you. You can talk to specialists, suppliers, retail buyers and ad managers without becoming a different person for each. You have good judgment. We're not hiring someone who needs micromanaging or cleaning up after. You're hungry. You want to be close to the decisions, not three layers removed from them. What we need from you Sydney based. 3 to 7 years behind you. Consulting, DTC, startups, health and wellness, or something we haven't thought of. The background matters less than the brain. Willing to travel domestically, wherever the work is. You never say "that's not my job." We hire for the long term. This is a career, not a stepping stone.
