About The Role As a Sourcer, you will support recruiting teams by managing the top‑of‑funnel candidate pipeline, engaging qualified candidates across business functions, and serving as a market insights expert. Responsibilities Build partnerships with business leaders across Sales, Strategy & Ops, and Corporate Functions. Work with recruiters and hiring managers to develop creative strategies for engaging qualified candidates through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, and referrals. Influence hiring decisions at each stage of the recruiting process. Use data, industry trends, and your knowledge to create innovative sourcing strategies and iterate on interview processes. Qualifications 4+ years of sourcing experience. Mastered pipeline management using ATS, LinkedIn, and other channels. Skill at sourcing unique roles and finding hidden talent. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Metrics‑driven; able to leverage data to guide decisions.
