Melbourne $201,315 per annum (plus super) The Impact You'll Have As Senior Manager, Strategy & Client Experience, you will own WIC's strategy system end-to-end, delivering strategic insights, planning, performance and reporting to ensure the Executive Leadership Team has a clear line‑of‑sight from organisational objectives to measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Own the strategy system—from discovery and prioritisation to planning, performance and strategic reporting—providing clear visibility across the organisation. Deliver strategic insights and intelligence to the Executive Leadership Team. Curate the initiative pipeline and drive coherence across divisions, championing a client‑centred approach. Provide visible and active leadership across strategic planning, client insights and communication. Support integration between strategy and delivery by working closely with the Senior Manager, Portfolio Capability & Practice. Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience leading organisational strategy, business planning and performance frameworks within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment. Track record of delivering transformative outcomes that improve organisational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, including inspiring, developing and motivating high‑performing teams. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with experience building trusted relationships at executive and board levels.
