Business Development Consultant Sydney / Part‑Time About the Role CoolAutomation is seeking a well‑connected HVAC professional based in Sydney to help open doors and introduce our solutions to key contractors, consultants, system integrators, distributors, and end users across Australia. This is a part‑time, flexible business development role for someone already active in the HVAC or building automation industry who wants to generate additional income by leveraging their existing network and relationships. The role is commission‑based and may expand into a full‑time position depending on results and business potential. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the HVAC and building automation markets Arrange meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations with potential customers and partners Work closely with management to develop sales strategies Generate and manage a pipeline of commercial and residential projects Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, customer needs, and new opportunities Represent CoolAutomation at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities when applicable Requirements Strong network within the Sydney HVAC, BMS, or building automation market Ability to generate introductions at the decision‑maker level Experience in HVAC, BMS, smart building technology, or technical sales Good understanding of VRF/VRV systems, HVAC controls, or automation solutions Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Interested in representing an innovative global technology company with significant growth potential?
