Knox Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our ICU Team on a part time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, your responsibilities will include: Identify educational needs by partnering with Nursing Leaders (i.e. DON, NUM, CNS) and Clinical Support Functions (i.e. Quality, Infection Control) Lead and foster a learning environment Maintain a professional and constructive working relationship Prioritise Healthscope’s patient safety and quality frameworks Authority to work in Australia Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent Current registration (no restriction) with AHPRA Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE) Working with Children check Compliance with ACQSHC National standards Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms Knowledge of adult learning practices and contemporary education practices High degree of computer literacy including MS Office Self‑motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high‑functioning team Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer‑focused If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement: *Healthscope – Victoria – Nurses Enterprise Agreement‑2025* (Salaries will range between $58 – $61).
